Your Opportunity

The Stock Plan Services Product Management team is currently looking for a product owner with experience building API and front-end solutions for modern, service-based architecture applications. Stock Plan Services provides equity compensation recordkeeping and brokerage services to corporate clients and their employees. The Product Management team is responsible for the welfare of the SPS product suite and sets the priorities for the product roadmap. 

What you are good at

  • Think big, challenge norms, avoid convention, and imagine what could be in the next generation of our proprietary equity administration software
  • Translate product vision into specific results, and ensure success in execution and attention to detail by effectively managing the product
  • Use your obsession for details to form a cohesive narrative around your clients’ need and produce efficient documentation
  • Act as the subject matter authority on your suite of functionality with a deep understanding of the technical specifications and benefits
  • Identify and partner on process improvements which enhance our B-B user experience

What you have

  • Bachelor’s degree required (MBA preferred)
  • 5+ years digital product experience
  • Good understanding and/or experience with financial services regulations is a plus
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification desired 
  • Entrepreneurial passion, professional persistence, and a perpetually positive attitude
  • Exceptional product management skills, experience with API product development, UX/UI development and ability to synthesize data into insights and actions
  • Technical understanding of broad business needs in the context of creating technical capabilities that enable quicker and easier experience implementations
  • Superior technical and business communication skills, able to communicate complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story
  • Experience as a Product Owner in the Agile Scrum framework by actively building, refining, managing, and prioritizing a product backlog
  • Experience working in a collaborative multi-disciplinary team within an interactive process
  • Highly motivated with outstanding organizational skills and ability to track multiple products at once
  • Effective relationship builder—ability to partner cross-functionally, cross-enterprise and work effectively with various levels of the organization as well as various personality types

Colorado Compensation 

Target Total Compensation – 95,700-210,500
