Duties: Design, code, deliver and support new enhancements to the Schwab Salesforce.com CRM application for our Service and Sales end users. Provide strong technical leadership and hands on development contributions to all technical aspects of project including Production Support, Release management and technical review of code by other developers on assigned team. Work closely with our business Product Owners, System Analysts and Salesforce Architects to gather system requirements, conduct analysis, coordinate the design of solutions, and establish metrics for success. Determine the scope and corresponding effort estimates for all development. Create and maintain development and integration plans. Provide detail design and documentation of each component of the solution such as integration and custom development. Position allows for partial remote work. Must live within reasonable commuting distance. Reports to company office in Lone Tree, CO. Subject to Schwab’s internal approach to workplace flexibility.

Starting compensation for this location depends on related experience. Annual bonus opportunity and other eligible earnings are not included in the range(s) above. We offer a competitive benefits package, see below for details.

Salary: $155,300 to $246,800 per year

Job Requirements:

Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Requires 5 years of progressive, post-Bachelor’s related experience, which must include some experience in each of the following skills: Salesforce development using Sales and Service Cloud – Salesforce CRM, Apex Triggers, Apex Controllers, Apex Webservices, and Lightning Web Components; Java / JavaScript, JSP, and JSF Framework using Oracle 11G; API and REST Service integration with 3rd party integration and migration from legacy CRM systems to Salesforce CRM, converting from Aura to Lightning Web Components, and using LWC Framework; SFDC specific solution design to propose and implement solutions to customer problems using the platform’s capabilities (OOTB and Custom); and DevOps tools (JIRA, GIT, Bamboo, and Jenkins) and creating alerting practices to detect and production impacting service failures.
