Your Opportunity


As a Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist on the Talent Attraction team, you will play a critical role in identifying candidates, conducting outreach, and maintaining candidate pipelines for high-volume, highly technical, specialized and/or hard-to-fill positions. You will support Talent Acquisition and various business teams in building candidate relationships and supporting processes that attract top talent.

What you are good at


  • Developing talent pools, building partnerships with candidate communities, and nurturing the candidate pipeline.
  • Communicating regularly and attending cadenced meetings with Talent Attraction and Talent Acquisition team members to understand the talent needs of our business partners.
  • Identifying and interviewing potential candidates.
  • Planning and participating in online virtual hiring events.
  • Promoting our employer brand online and offline.
  • Maintaining and mining candidates via our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Crafting targeted recruiting emails and administering email campaigns for talent pool/pipeline communications.
  • Working with other Talent Advisors and Sourcing Advisors to track open roles for key skill areas across the organization and market pipeline candidates to open roles.
  • Interacting with Talent Attraction team members to build labor market intelligence and sourcing strategy reports/presentation decks.

What you have


  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sourcing or recruiting role.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing and digital networking.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs).
  • Demonstrated performance in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously producing high quality results and presentations.
  • Basic understanding of sourcing techniques, such as Boolean or Xray searches, within one or more major platforms.
  • Ability to analyze information and use deductive reasoning, demonstrating good judgement in selecting methods and techniques.
  • Proven track record of providing superb customer service, and working with multiple levels within the organization from senior management to first level associates.
  • Solid writing, editing and proofreading skills; attention to detail.
  • Good verbal and written communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Effective time-management and organizational abilities/skills to effectively assist with projects from inception to completion.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, plus a variety of other word-processing, spreadsheet, database, e-mail and presentation software.
  • Experience interacting with a wide variety of teams across all levels of an organization.
  • Proactive, results-focused style delivering outstanding quality and timelines through self-direction and autonomy.
  • Ability to build partnerships within and outside of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with ability to anticipate, improvise and adapt for optimal resolutions.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to equally work on a team and independently.
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
