Your opportunity

At Schwab, you’re empowered to make an impact on your career. Here, innovative thought meets creative problem solving, helping us “challenge the status quo” and transform the finance industry together.

In Compliance, we help our business partners achieve their strategic priorities by promoting principles and practices that build client trust and safeguard the integrity of the firm. Banking Compliance serves as a second line of defense oversight function for the banking and trust entities within Schwab (BTS).  The Director will challenge and evolve the Compliance Program to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations.

The Director of Fair Lending Analytics will develop and execute analyses to monitor and assess fair lending and UDAAP risks and will serve as a second line of defense subject matter expert providing regulatory oversight and advice with respect to policies, procedures, and controls and analysis and assessment of risk levels necessary to achieve compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. While this role is not a people manager, the Director will lead and coordinate efforts of other team members to ensure completion of monitoring activities. This role will partner with other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across Compliance to provide feedback from a One Voice perspective.
