Licensed Financial Services Representative
In this role, you will be taking inbound calls from our retail clients, helping to educate them on a variety of topics, including Investing Principles, Trading & Market Mechanics, Product and Solutions - along with general customer service items. There will be opportunities for promotions and increased compensation as you look to build a career within Client Service & Support and Charles Schwab.

Educate clients: Engage clients in robust discussions encompassing market conditions, trends, and providing investment education.

In this exciting customer service role, you’ll learn to educate our clients about investments, trading tools, market mechanics, and retirements choices, in addition to earning your Securities licenses in our paid licensing and training program.
